Paola De Leo is the Director of HR and Recruitment for Software Next Door. She is responsible for the end to end recruitment process, managing the sourcing, researching, interviewing and evaluating of candidates to identify engineers who are Software Development Top Performers.
Paola has over 17 years of experience in Human Resources and Operations, much of it in recruitment management. She has worked as a Lead Recruitment Consultant for a variety of organizations. In addition, Paola is an entrepreneurial woman who is well experienced in start-ups. She was the founder of 2 companies, SCRAM - dedicated to infrastructure and software development - and Talento 7 – focused on Recruitment, IT Staffing and Training. She has worked for a wide variety of Mexican and international companies such as Ford, Televisa, Manpower, Kelly Services, Volaris Airflight, Performance Talent Consulting International, Huawei, Avery Dennison, Chuck E Cheese, Banco Multiva, Brake Parts Inc, Jones Day, TAE IT, Amdocs, the US Embassy in Mexico, and Tech Mahindra.
Paola graduated in Organizational Psychology from Monterrey Tec. She did a Human Resources Organizational Development Program at Central Missouri State University in the United States and is currently studying for her Master´s Degree in Corporate Senior Management, Ontological and Business Coach Certification from UNAM. Paola is certified as Scrum Master and experienced with Agile Processes.
