Scott has spent more than 25 years as a business development professional, serving the US IT industry. He has a deep understanding of the environment, and has spent the last 16 years of his career providing software staffing and consulting services to major/national, mid-sized, and smaller clients, nationwide. Scott came into that role after working 15-years in high-end office automation, and brings a strong and deep-rooted background in serving several enterprise-level clients as a valued and trusted business partner.
After pursuing a degree program in electronics technology and engineering, Scott’s natural draw to people quickly caught the attention of the corporate sales world. Soon, he was working in large, enterprise sales environments and major/national account support. He’s held senior sales positions with ClientSolv Technologies, TEKsystems and Lanier Worldwide, achieving top sales performance levels, customer service recognitions, awards and long-standing relationships with his many clients.
Building on his successful track record, and on his passion for customer service, Scott firmly believes in the, “do-it-like-you-mean-it-or-don’t-bother” approach to business. His goal, whether with a large customer or a small startup, is to partner with hiring managers and help them to achieve their goals, enhance profits, lower costs, and improve business process efficiencies by having the right software engineering talent on their teams.
